Terms of Service
Last updated 12 September 2026 (draft pending legal review)
These terms govern use of the Orishare API, dashboard, CLI and website (the “Service”) provided by Orishare (“we”). By creating an organization you accept them on behalf of that organization.
1. The Service
Orishare evaluates events you send against rules you configure and records the resulting points, tiers, rewards and notifications. You decide what to send, what the rules do and what your customers are promised. We provide the engine, the records and the tools.
2. Accounts and keys
You are responsible for the people you invite, the keys you create and everything done with them. Keep secret keys on servers only. Tell us promptly at [email protected] if a key or token is exposed.
3. Acceptable use
Do not use the Service to break the law, to send data you have no right to process, to interfere with the Service or other tenants, or to reverse-engineer it beyond what the documented API offers. Sandbox environments are for testing; fair-use quotas apply.
4. Fees
Paid plans are billed monthly on monthly active customers in production, as published on the pricing page and recorded as a plan version on your organization. Sandbox usage is free. Overage is billed at the plan's published rate. Taxes are added where required. Invoices are due within 14 days.
5. Your data
Event data, customer records and configuration belong to you. We process them only to provide the Service, as described in the privacy notice and the data processing terms. You can export and delete customer data through the API at any time.
6. Availability and support
We aim for high availability and publish incidents on the status page. Service levels, where offered, are stated in the plan. Support channels depend on the plan.
7. Changes
We may improve the Service continuously. Breaking API changes are announced at least 90 days in advance with a migration path. Price changes create a new plan version; your organization keeps its version until you move.
8. Termination
You may close your organization at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or fail to pay after notice. On termination you have 30 days to export data before it is deleted.
9. Liability
The Service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months before the claim, and neither party is liable for indirect or consequential losses.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands; disputes go to the courts of Amsterdam, unless mandatory consumer law says otherwise.
